Hospital Receives Local Chamber of Commerce Award

HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Altoona received the Blair County Chamber of Commerce 2012 Hall of Fame Award.  This award is given to businesses that have been in operation for over 25 years and have demonstrated overall stability, resiliency and ability to respond to changes within the the Blair County market and have had employment increases and increases in customer radius from Blair County.  

HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Altoona's leadership and excellent visibility and image in the community is also associated with recipients of the award as well as its employees enjoying quality of life in the work environment.  This award also took into account HealthSouth's civic and volunteer work.
